In VR control the game with your head movements. If the menu is blocking your view you can move it by clicking the controller trigger button and looking to where you want the menu to be and then letting go of the button.
Look for the teleportation icon in some of the stages to teleport between cameras.
On WINDOWS desktop move the mouse to control a green dot. Point the dot to look at the choices and interact with them.
